ReplyDeleteJPE eats way more than i do & he basically eats the same thing everyday - main dish (sometimes leftovers or a TJ's rice bowl) + a huge spinach salad & a hunk of bread/butter. he's a growing boy!! ha!
and YES - although i am "too busy to think" (at work) - i'm very happy being busy!
Thank you for commenting on the tomato goat cheese tarts! No, those are not homegrown tomatoes. I tried growing tomatoes in one of those "topsy turvys" and had disastrous results. By the way, I served a Trader Joes sparkling lemonade with the tarts. :)
