We spent part of the afternoon watching the "recorded earlier" news coverage of the Royal Day... our brunch included "scones" in honor of William & Catherine's wedding.
I watched my DVR version all day. :-) It is fun since we have been there to feel like I was more there with everyone. Does that make sense? Less foreign I guess. It, also, made me ready for another vacation.
I had a little trouble getting into this one...but I did manage to see all of the high lights. It is nice to experience something happy in the news. Her dress was straight out of the 50's, but quite lovely. After your time in London you must feel quite connected. (-: Have a great weekend.

ReplyDeleteI watched it too but didn't have any scones, darn it! It was fun seeing all the fanfare, crazy hats and her beautiful dress.
ReplyDeleteScones...yummy! I love your book in your last post. :)
